Switching a career from a Team Lead in a BPO (IBM India) was a tough decision but I am happy that it proved rewarding as I could use my past experience and quote examples to leverage them in the current role.

Strong follower of “Trackers” and ensure that tasks are completed on/before the deadline. I believe in - “Don’t let the stakeholders follow-up on tasks assigned to you, proactively update them with the current status and ETA of completion.”

Someone who can help arrange food & water.
