Your data controller may transfer data to other members of iMPLUSE as described in this Privacy Policy. iMPLUSE may process and retain your personal information on its servers in India where its data centers are located, and/or on the servers of its third parties (in or outside India), having contractual relationships with iMPLUSE.
What ‘Personal Information’ do we collect?
User informationTo provide you the Services, we must collect Personal Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Information”). We collect Personal Information you provide us, from your use of the Services, and from other sources. Here are the types of Personal Information we collect about you:
Information you provide us
When you register for our Services, purchase and/or register domain names, use any of our Services; and/or when you contact us directly by any communication channel (e.g., iMPLUSE’s support tickets, emails), you may provide us Personal Information, such as name, email address, phone number, payment information (for Users with Paid Services), information you include in your communications with us and with other users on our platform, and Personal Information contained in scanned identification documents (such as an ID card, driver’s license, passport, or official company registration documents).
Information we collect when you use the Services
When you visit, download, and/or use any of our Services, we may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity on the Services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc
We may collect the following information:
- Business Name, Owner Name, Email address, Phone number, Business category
- When you communicate with us (via email, phone, through the iMPLUSE Platform or otherwise), we may maintain a record of your communication
- Location information: Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address
- Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the iMPLUSE Platform
- Stored information and files: iMPLUSE mobile application (iMPLUSE app) may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips
- If you permit the iMPLUSE app to access the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as event title and description, your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, location and number of attendees.
We use this personal information we collect to:
- Manage and provide our services to you
- Verify your identity
- Improve our services
- Correspond with iMPLUSE for customer support
- Participate in the interactive services offered by the iMPLUSE Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc., or
- Enable features that require iMPLUSE’s access to your address book or calendar;
- Report problems for troubleshooting.
- We may collect location details, personal information & call and SMS details.
Technical information including:
- The Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet
- Browser type and version
- Log in details to our website
- Time zone settings
- Browser plug-in types and versions
- Operating systems and platforms, etc
Visit information including:
- Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) of the websites that you came through to our website and which pages you visited (including date and time)
- Our website page response times
- Download errors
- Length of visits to pages
- Visit duration Page interaction information
